$250/month if annual pay is less than $63,000 or
$175/month if annual pay is less than $99,000.

are “use it or lose it”, and
cannot be used for overnight camps.
What is T-Mobile’s tuition assistance?
An employee is eligible for tuition assistance:
after 90 days of employment,
if the course is directly related to a T-Mobile role, and
is approved in advance:
T-Mobile pays schools directly for courses completed with a grade of C- or better.
T-Mobile also has relationships with multiple schools that offer a full tuition grant so the employee pays nothing out of pocket.
