The company’s added holidays over the years. These days are an important part of total compensation that help employees recharge.
What are T-Mobile’s holidays?
New Year's Day
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
Memorial Day
Juneteenth (June 19th)
Independence Day (4th of July)

Two floating holidays

How have they changed?
While I worked there, T-Mobile added five corporate holidays:
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
Juneteenth (June 19th)
Veterans Day
Two (2) floating holidays
The floating holidays are “use it or lose it” so it generally makes sense to take them before year end.
T-Mobile’s benefits are robust.
Added MLK Day
Unfortunately, less than half of American companies observe Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
I was so thankful when T-Mobile added it as a paid holiday!
The worst part wasn’t using a day of Paid Time Off (PTO). It was having a “get behind day.” Work piled up when everyone else worked.
Hey, thanks for reading my take on T-Mobile’s holidays.
As a reminder, I share a lot of resources that can help you.
