What is T-Mobile’s compensation package?

T-Mobile pays:

  • base salary and wages,

  • variable bonuses or commissions,

  • stock compensation, and

  • many other benefits.

The mix and amount depends on level, career band, or grade.

How much are T-Mobile employees paid?

T-Mobile doesn’t publish compensation details for every position. I’ve found estimates on Glassdoor.com eerily accurate.

Both base salary and bonus grow with promotions. However, the growth isn’t straight-line.

Non-promotion compensation (merit) adjustments typically occur in February. They occur at about the same time as RSU grants/vesting.

Does T-Mobile pay weekly or biweekly?

Biweekly. T-Mobile paychecks are every other week.

There are 26 pay periods a year. Two months each year, employees receive three paychecks.
