What are T-Mobile’s maternity and paternity benefits?

With some restrictions, parent benefits include:

  • eight weeks of paid maternity leave for the birth parent
  • plus four weeks of paid family bonding time (which is also available for non-birth parents)

As a large employer, T-Mobile also must comply with the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

What are T-Mobile’s dependent care benefits?

There is Free Money for Childcare (Childcare Subsidy) of:

  • $250/month if annual pay is less than $63,000 or
  • $175/month if annual pay is less than $99,000.

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts:

  • are “use it or lose it”, and
  • cannot be used for overnight camps.

What is T-Mobile’s tuition assistance?

An employee is eligible for tuition assistance:

  • after 90 days of employment,
  • if the course is directly related to a T-Mobile role, and
  • is approved in advance:

T-Mobile pays schools directly for courses completed with a grade of C- or better.

T-Mobile also has relationships with multiple schools that offer a full tuition grant so the employee pays nothing out of pocket.

What are some other T-Mobile benefits?

Other T-Mobile benefits include:

  • Employee discount
  • Appreciation Zone points
  • Donation matching
  • Company awards
